Manage products and stock

Add a product

1. Open Products and select Add Product.
2. Enter the product name and price, choose a category if needed, and add an image and description.
3. Enter a stock quantity as a whole number of zero or more. Review the minimum order quantity and any discount price.
4. Enable Available / Visible when the product is ready to appear in your store, then select Add Product.

Update stock or hide a product

1. Find the product using search or the category filter.
2. Open its edit control, update the details or stock quantity, and select Save Changes.
3. Use the availability switch on the product card to hide or show the product.

Zero stock means the product is out of stock. Hiding a product is useful when it is temporarily unavailable.

Organise categories

1. Use the category controls at the top of Products to add or edit a category.
2. Enter the category name and select Save Category.
3. Edit a product to assign it to the category.
